Cookie Policy
Draft for review — not effective.
This draft describes the cookies and browser storage used by the Fleming Data Group website and client portal.
Public website
The public website stores the selected System, Light, or Dark appearance in local storage so the preference can persist. Local storage is similar browser technology but is not a cookie. Standard hosting and security logs are described in the Privacy Policy.
Client portal authentication
The portal uses Amazon Cognito Hosted UI with authorization code and PKCE. It temporarily stores the PKCE verifier and OAuth state in session storage during sign-in, then uses a first-party session cookie to maintain the authenticated session. These technologies are necessary for sign-in, access control, and logout.
Documents, demos, and providers
Opening an authorized document or demonstration may send necessary requests to the hosting, identity, and application services that deliver it. A linked or embedded third-party service may use its own cookies under its own policy.
Managing browser data
You can clear or block cookies and browser storage in browser settings. Blocking necessary session technology may prevent portal sign-in or access to protected content. Clearing the appearance setting returns the public site to its System default.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy before adding materially different tracking or analytics behavior. Questions may be sent to info@flemingdatagroup.com.
